Cyberaan becomes the official partner of the Estonian E-Governance Academy

As a major achievement both for Cyberaan Ltd and the ICT sector of Afghanistan, Cyberaan Ltd a leading private Afghan ICT firm signed a partnership agreement with the world’s premier e-Governance Academy in Estonia.

As the first private Afghan ICT company to become the official partner of the Estonian e-Governance Academy, this partnership will facilitate the transfer and exchange of valuable relevant skills and knowledge between the two countries and will enable Cyberaan to encourage and promote cooperation for capacity building in the areas of e-Governance, e- Government Management, and Research for public officials in Central Asia and abroad; And to learn and draw from decades of learned-lessons and best practices of the Estonian e- Governance Academy as the globally recognized role-model and trendsetter of e-Governance.

Following a warm welcome by the Estonian e-Governance Academy, the partnership agreement was signed by Mr. Baseer Baheer, Cyberaan CEO, and Dr. Arvo Otto, Estonian e- Governance Academy Executive Director, in Tallinn.
