We are very pleased to have been awarded our first contract with UNDP for the development of the first Online Learning Platform for the Independent Directorate of Local Governance, Afghanistan. We would like to take this opportunity to thank UNDP for trusting Cyberaan. We will take our time, commitment, and resources to make sure that the project requirements are delivered accordingly and ensure that the project will stay goal-oriented. We take the pride to serve our people and government and feel fully committed to the work.

This is an online platform that will boost the effectiveness of local governance and to promote community prosperity. It will provide on-demand learning content to the local government officials who works for the municipalities. This platform helps local governments grow and develop professionally to meet the needs of their communities in a timely manner.

Using this platform, local government officials will be able to gain new knowledge without leaving their homes/offices, anywhere, and anytime.
